The New Homework was developed as the synthesis of this knowledge in application. This project was a showcase of the knowledge he gained from the Tennessee Regents Online Campus Collaborative's Master of Professional Studies Training and Development program. His goal was to create an eLearning course for supervisors and employees who are transitioning from an onsite work environment to a virtual offsite team environment, otherwise known as telework. Specifically he aimed to create a cost-effective and easily modifiable web-based training solution that can be deployed in a wide range of industries. The New Homework is a classroom themed and web-based introductory class for supervisors and employees who plan to transition to telework.
